Consultation
Drafting Your Estate Plan
Signing and Receiving Your Estate Plan
Our office provides free 30-minute virtual or telephone consultations. During our consultation, we will discuss your assets and objectives to determine which estate documents are appropriate for your situation. This is great time to get any questions answered, so come with your questions.
If you decide to hire our firm, you will be provided a comprehensive Estate Planning Questionnaire to aid in drafting your estate plan. Our questionnaire is lengthy and requires supporting documentation. Once completed, return the questionnaire and supporting documents and we will get to work. If necessary, we will schedule an intake meeting to review your questionnaire.
Once your estate plan is complete, our office will set up an in-person document signing appointment. You may be asked to bring a disinterested witness to this appointment. After signing, you will receive your estate plan with additional documents and instructions for funding your estate and organizing your estate binder.
