Meghann R. Floyd is an estate planning and family law attorney based in beautiful Oceanside, California, serving clients throughout North County San Diego. She is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive legal services tailored to the unique needs of each family she serves. Her practice is grounded in the belief that every individual, regardless of background, orientation, or circumstance, deserves accessible, respectful, and effective legal support.
Meghann earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego. While in law school, she was inducted into the Public Service Honors Society for her commitment to public service and held leadership roles as Treasurer for the Student Bar Association (SBA) and Pride Law. These positions reflect her longstanding commitment to advocacy, public service, and fostering inclusive legal communities.
Deeply committed to public service beyond the courtroom, Meghann serves on the Board of Rescue + Residence, a nonprofit organization focused on providing housing solutions for homeless veterans in Southern California. As both the wife and daughter of United States Marines, each of whom served twenty years, Meghann has a deep connection to the military community.
When Meghann is not serving her clients or volunteering, she is spending time with her husband, and their two teenagers.
